We document & detail the problems that the customer is facing in the current operations and what are his expectations from the solution. Once this exercise is done we give a throughly engineered solution with our offering and work very closely to try and solve the customer's problem.

Whilst we pride ourselves on our commitment to service and support, customers whose equipment is covered by a current Annual Maintenance & Extended Warranty will be given priority in all service, repair and re-calibration work to ensure the minimum interruption and down time.
On-site Expert Assistance
Urgent on-site support, if required, can be provided by our team of skilled service engineers. Costs to customers depend upon time, location and the services required. Routine site visits should be scheduled ahead of time to save on call-out charges.
